Gathered up her skirts and flying at Apsley this morning

 

Seems to be a problem with both NeilL & Sheff's videos.
Both unavailable for various reasons.

 

My FB video set to 'Public' so thought that would work? No idea how else to get it on here? I txt'd NeilL but no response so far .....

 

Mine should now play - it just took an age to upload.

 

12 early into the Atherstone water stop - nearly missed rendezvous with friends on board. Judging by intermittent blowing off and complete lack of action on the footplate all was very much in order. Smokeless departure followed, now 15 mins early (edit after RTT update) thorough Rugby after missing out the timetabled stop. Lovely job No 9. (Rather too many empty seats though).

My onboard video from yesterday's trip - what a blast. definitely booking again if it runs next year.

 

There was plenty of fast running but often away from easy line- side view . Camden Bank ,supposedly more challenging than the exit from Kings Cross,was taken very assuredly on a wet track.Much slipping later on at Chester emphasised this.
