    Ha! We topped Shap at about 24.5mph, and lost about 15 minutes between Carnforth and Carlisle. 46233 now off, 60009 on.

    Might be in relation to the axle box work No. 46233 is requiring back at Carnforth.

    Fair play and applause for the PRCLT group for managing to get the Duchess in attendance for this railtour albeit with a restriction. Could have easily said no to the job at the last minute....
