LE Movements, ECS and Test Runs 2014.

Maybe a diesel will be added at Preston to take it to Hellifield. 60007 then goes to York and the diesel back to Carnforth. Anyone spotted a Steamtown to Preston move for tomorrow?

 

Could be. 31128 arrived at Carnforth tonight (Mon) with the Jacobite ECS from Fort William. Maybe it will meet 60007 at Preston and the pair will go to Grosmont together. But I couldn't find a Carnforth - Preston path on RTT.

I wonder if Bittern will stay at Tyesley, while the FBU strike is on, or will they look to get it back down south before then ?

Suppose there is the possibility that 45407 and 44871 may stay at 10A until they are needed in London at the end of November. Especially if space is tight at Bury. Guess it depends what works attention may be needed.
