Once upon a time slaved away for the BR North Western Area based at Shrewsbury. Later more slavery as a civil engineer employed by a major Japanese railway construction company. Now retired (allegedly) but continuing to undertake limited contract work for the same company.
Interested in heritage railway restoration worldwide. Specialising in tunnel, bridge, track bed, cuttings and embankment restoration plus new build projects. Main area of expertise embankment stabilisation (soil nails) and applications involving Halcrete and Spraycrete. I do not involve myself in track laying.Interacționează
