    I hear your point - working in a volunteer based organisation myself. But I’m also speaking as a passenger who nearly went somewhere else because of the lack of information, and aware there have been other people that have said similar things....

    Do I see the words "Trustees" and "manage" in the same sentence? During the last few (many?) years they seem to have done a fine job of mismanaging the Trust. We can only hope that the new Trustees will be allowed to change things.
