In 1969 or 70 I visited Buckfastleigh and saw 1369 painted in BR blue with a double arrow symbol. (DIY job). I cant find my photo, does anyone else have one?

I remember seeing a photo in a 1970s book about preserved locos or lines by (I think) H.C. Casserley. What was the motivation brhind this livery? It looked a bit odd.

2 Panniers currently under overhaul at Buckfastleigh works.
Firstly the major restoration of 6412 ongoing since its purchase from WSRA, and more recently the stipdown of 5786 is progressing since boiler ticket expiry at the end of September.
Small prairie 5542 is also on site where its overhaul will progress alongside 5786 they have a basically the same amount of work involved with similar timescales planned.
