2014 August - Duncan Day, Young Members take over and Land Rovers

    Busy times!


    It's been a busy few days on the Talyllyn. Duncan Day was followed by the Young Members Day on Saturday 23rd August. Celebrating 21 years of the Talyllyn's YMG, volunteers young and young at heart took over the railway for the day.

    The annual Series One Land Rover rally took place on Sunday - Wharf was taken over with Land Rovers everywhere. Llechfan Garden Railway was running as well. Wharf also had a surprise visitor as No 1 Talyllyn came down under her own power on a test run.

    Thanks to everyone who has helped make these events a success.
