We have just been informed by Network Rail that the outbound times for our tour have been changed from the times that were sent out with the tickets last night.
The revised timings are as follows:
Worcester Foregate Street now 05:48, Kidderminster now 06:08, Stourbridge Junction now 06:21, Birmingham New Street now 06:45, Tame Bridge Parkway now 07:03 & Crewe now 07:59.
The time for Blackburn remains unchanged.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this late change may cause.

A bank holiday Monday or "National Drive Like a Prat Day", so I decided to stay local...ish.

60009 looked in good form again at LANGCLIFFE where Spring has started to appear.

This is a little late but a trip north happened to coincide with this tour. With not much idea of where to go I ended up at Selside seemingly in the same field as Phil. On the drive up from Settle I imagined there must be a lifetime of photo opportunities along this stretch of line. Anyway, a view here and a slightly windswept soundtrack at this link: http://snd.sc/119ouUs
