As the stock is from Eastleigh it could well be the blood and custards or the dreaded Rainbow Set. <BJ>

SpamCan81 - Thanks for the times on the ECML section....shall now ponder on whether it'll be Hitchin or Welwyn North

Probably go out for this one. Never seen a Deltic on the ML.

I'll be out in the evening for it somewhere. Either somewhere on the climb to Potters Bar or possibly somewhere a bit more local.

I have only heard one running on one engine on the MHR. That was a strange sound!

I'll be out for this, probably near Twyford. I've never seen a Deltic on the mainline. Apparently the stock is the rainbow set though :(

    A mixture of maroons (6 or 7), chocolate & cream (3 or 4), carmine & cream and Inter-City.
It would have been preferable to have the other Eastleigh set, the all carmine and creams. <BJ>

Just before 8 at Offord, so a tad early. Yes the stock is a bit "mixed"

Nice weather compared to the west country. Very nice filming with RSG heading straight towards you.
Memories of the 1970s and early 1980s. Well done. <BJ>

7 mins early emerging from Box Tunnel and going well. Nice head on clip of the train
taken from Middle Hill tunnel. Certainly no sign of the sun anywhere in the area. <BJ>
