6233 & 5690 on the 30th May 2009

    Well, what a smashing day! Perfect weather and hardly any wind! Perfect!
    Anyway we captured 5690 'Leander' at Grange-over-sands on the outward trip of 'The Cumbrian Coast Express' from Carnforth to Ravenglass.
    Then 6233 'Duchess Of Sutherland' at Shap summit on the outward trip and in the Lune gorge on the return trip. Magical! :D
