76084 Mainline in 2016

    It wont be too long now till we see 76084 on the mainline as the owning group hope to have her out in early 2016. Last check I did they still need £11,000 to complete the purchase of items for the GSM-R to bring her to modern mainline standards. The support coach is ready and does look fantastic, the support coach even for a short while was paired with 61306 Mayflower before she got her own support coach.

    A Support crew is only going to be sorted out once funding of the required equipment is completed.

    Who's looking forward to seeing a pocket rocket back on the national network around Preston in 2016.
