A Day out from Bewdley to London with Chiltern Railways 20th October 2012

    Hoping this is the right place to post this, as it's not actually a railtour in its own right but an extended service?

    Chiltern Railways are planning to run an extended service from Bewdley to London Marylebone and return on Saturday 20th October 2012 in connection with the Bewdley festival. The train will depart from Bewdley at 0845 and arrive in to London for 1144. The train will depart London Marylebone at 1830 and run directly on to the SVR via the new cross over and signalling, arriving in to Bewdley for 2110. The fare is £27.50 for a return ticket, and can be purchased in advance from Chiltern Railways business travel on 01494 420177 during office hours. I think im right in saying that the return working will be the first passenger train to run directly on to the Severn Valley Branch via the recently resignalled crossover?
