    Another question folks - does anyone have any worn out or unusable parts for an Austerity saddle tank please? We're looking to start work on 3183 at Shildon soon, and most if it apart from the frames, cylinders, wheels, boiler, cab and tank is missing - so any help would be much appreciated.

    Any recent news regarding 3183? Last we heard it was at the Flour Mill where it had been dismantled for evaulation prior to a proposed return to steam.

    Further to my earlier posting copied below. With the good news about the 'Taffy Tank' in the last few days this just leaves Austerity HE 3183/1944 'King Fisal of Iraq' of the NRMs locomotives being sponsored by others to return to steam or similar with question marks over it. Anyone know if any good or bad news is imminent about this locomotive?
