What's the state of the Bluebell's own P's at the moment?

323 had an overhaul started some time ago, IIRC part-funded by Clive Groome to provide an engine for his (now no longer at Bluebel) driving courses, but this stopped and it's not partially dismantled in the shed.

1178 is being tackled by the group who worked on 592

27 is in bits in the boiler yard, I believe the idea is for it to be taken on by the group currently working on Baxter when that's finished

Hope there's some tickets for Sunday as that's the only day I'll be able make it.

Intresting that they start from Horsted Keynes. I am going to be out and about both days with the camera. Do the specials go from Horsted Keynes to Kingscoat then back down to Sheffield Park, or from Horstead to Sheffield Park then onto Kingscoat? Only reason I ask this is so that i know roughly what time to be at my favourite locations.

Only the one train? That's a blow. Looks like I'll have to book a ticket but not ride as I want to get a phot too. Hopefully we won't be up to our necks in snow this weekend.

Typical! Good Saturday (when I'm working), rubbish Sunday so up to our necks in water instead then. If that forecast is correct it's definitely a day for riding.
