Bodmin and Wenford VE Day weekend

    Hi all,

    Just a quick heads up that in my professional capacity as a freelance trumpet player I will be playing at the Bodmin and Wenford this weekend as part of an 18 piece big band playing 1940s music (glen miller etc) to set the mood for the celebrations!

    It should be a lovely weekend - they always do these things so well - music is from 10:30 until 3pm and hopefully I can get some steam mileage between sets, or at least some nice pictures!

    If anyone is there and takes photos of the band - feel free to post them up so I can moan about putting on weight and looking old :)
