BR (M) trolley wheel bearings?

    I am not sure if this is the place to put this but it seems there would be a good amount of hands on types looking here and there doesn't seem to be any other part of the forum better, platform trollies are rolling stock sort of; however the trolley wheels as in the attached picture have odd bearings which are a bit like bike wheel bearings with loose balls. The races are removable for replacement; does anyone know where they might be purchased? I have asked a few normal bearing factors and they are mystified. I guess they are railway special thing but someone somewhere will have a stash, maybe don't even know what they are. They wouldn't be very hard to make but purchase would be quicker. Anybody have any thoughts?
