I have it on good authority that the timings have been improved for this run, so north of Grantham expect it to be earlier with a new arrival time in York of 13.40.
I have no other details but obviously some serious changes have been made.
I believe that the return will remain as per UKSteam.

That will be good news for the pax if your contact is right.. Almost an hour sat in Carlton loop so soon after the Grantham water stop wouldn't be the most exciting way of passing the time.

Good that confirms my info, the 49 minute stop at Carlton DL has been taken out and just a 6 minute stop at Arksley.

Tornado left depot a bit late and arrived late at Harringay but they did not mess around and reversed into Kings Cross without delay. Departed on time on the slow.

Seemed to be back about right time at King's Cross. I have a photos of a Merchant Navy at Waterloo taken at 21.28, and an A1 at King's Cross at 21.49. Not a bad evening I guess!

Reports suggest a 12 minute late departure from Doncaster and a 7 minute early arrival at Peterbrough, doesnt seem to shabby that!
