There are 2 Cathedrals Express runs this week, Salisbury-Cambridge /Ely and Norwich-Salisbury. The times have been on Steam Dreams website for a few days but are not yet on UK Steam Info. Is there any reason for this or am I seeing problems that don't exist.

I am particularly interested in the trip to Ely cos 70000 hauled a CE there last year and I got a few photos of it being coaled and watered at March and want to find out the times and venue for this year's refuel.

    Any updates most welcome.

Come on David, it's about time you upgraded that 386 computer of yours!

Back to Steam Dreams, the reason why there are no times posted could be due to the uncertainty over DBS crews because of restrictions on rest day working.

    Just a thought.

Justing wondering whether anyone has heard anything for the return. I've read nothing so far on GNE as I'm torn on either Crews Hill or risk heading to Hitchin and hoping it's a few mins down

    Many thanks in advance

Just heard on the North London between Gospel Oak and Hampstead Heath 19:36 which I make bang on time. Sounded great from 300m away and a number of houses. I live between North London Line and the Midland Mainline former Haverstock Hill Station if that helps.

Caught 70000 storming out of Basingstoke at Worting about 10 down this evening, going well, looked fantastic in the dark.

    Stormed out of Eastleigh 22:30.

Shame about the idiots who walked straight through my shot and buggered up my focus, then didn't apologise! Grr!!
