    I reguarly check the class 40 preservation society site to hear of any news of their 2 locos.

    Its a little slow to update, was wondering if anyone knows of any news on the progress of them?

    No I do not currently volunteer
    I was told last week that both locos are at Barrow Hill and the cost of repairs is up in the tens of thousands of pounds as more problems are discovered :(
