    Marking the first success of the new Development Foundation, which is managed by Maxine Hawkins, a grant of £10,000 has been awarded to the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway by Cheltenham Borough Council towards the rebuilding of the missing Platform 2 at Cheltenham Racecourse station.
