Yes - halfway between London Bridge and Nature Reserve Crossing, looking towards the crossing.

Does not look to me as if there is room for the line alongside the fence.

This is the start of the original line at Morrisons. We are starting at Cornhill.

More work with pway today. Packing dips and replacing sleepers. Nice in the sunshine but at least one of the gang found it hard work

Summer time in the Churnet Valley and OAPway (with a few youngsters) were changing sleepers again.

In my case, your warning is a few years too late. There's shedloads lurking in that archive, often delightfully unsearchable due to some highly innovative titles from 'back then'. Accurately cataloguing that lot by subject and time index would be a good 3 or 4 lifetimes' work for someone with more patience (and more remaing years) than me!

It's a wondeful resource for restorationists, recreationists and model makers alike.

Shareholders Special today - hauled by S 160 5197 - to Ipstones. The day was damp early and the railhead conditions were far from ideal with some slips at the top of the bank.

Is the Manor likely to be running Wednesday service trains before its Footplate turn on Thursday?

    Thanks.
