contacting the Battlefield Line

I'd like to hire a carriage in June. I've phoned the number given on the website and left a message. I understand from the answerphone that the office is manned only at weekends, that's fine. The message also says that trains journeys won't start until March, that's also fine. But does that mean no-one will call me back until then or is it that my message couldn't be understand? I did phone once on a Sunday with no joy.

Can someone help me please?
