Is the 47/57 on the rear going to be a permanent thing?

It was on last time due to problems with the stocks steam heat, too many leaks i think it was so ETH was used which needed a diesel on the back.

Not on the Cotton Mill Express, no.

Certain trains do have a smelly on the rear for ETH purposes........lets face it, it's only the cranks that don't mind the cold.......

Looking forward to next weekend and the return of the Cotton Mill Express.

Will be having a look around for somewhere different around Huddersfield to go and film though. The crossing near Bradley is good but I've been there nearly every trip last year.

I'm convinced that there must be a good 'long range' shot available from the top of Blackley but it needs looking at.

    Anyone else any bright ideas?

Glad to hear the diesel isn't a permanent thing.
On the 13th December we were baked in the club car....
