Hundreds of thousands of pounds spent on restoring an aircraft into airworthy condition, only to never actually fly it publicly. Not like Leicestershire County Council to waste money...

"Currently in the care of the specialist team who restored it at Spanhoe Aerodrome, the council’s museum service has never had the space to display the aircraft when fully assembled."

Well the council did have a nice big museum to display it in, until they sold it for housing - Snibston!

If that happens it's a bloody disgrace.
