Diesel Gala and Real Ale Festival
23-25 May 2015 - (Gala Day admission prices apply)

    45060 at Didcot
    Confirmed locos:

    • 56006
    • 50035 - ‘Ark Royal’
    • 45060 - ‘Sherwood Forester’
    • D2120 (from Fawley Hill)
(Sorry, 37057 will not now be attending, as it has gone to Eastleigh for engine rectification work)

We are also hoping that DBS will be able to provide additional locomotives including, perhaps, examples of classes 08 and 66.

The real ale festival will include 12 cask ales and 12 other bottled ales, and six ciders.

Radstock North Signalbox will be open to visitors.

I've been given permission to put this up.
Please note the 56 will be static only as we don't have any air braked coaches to run with (and double heading wouldn't fit).
We're still uncertain what DBS will be able to contribute, but should get something of theirs even if it's static.

Many thanks for that, a shame DB moved their 08 from Didcot two days ago, but good to see DL26 getting a run out.03120 is a coup-only a few have had at Fawley Hill.
DB66 if arrives will have same problem as the 56.
