Please see the link below for a railtour being organised jointly by the Chester Model Railway Club, and the Dee & Mersey Group of the Ffestiniog Railway.

The Chester Model Railway Club has been running railtours jointly with the Dee & Mersey Group (a group within the Ffestiniog Railway Society), since 1978. The railtours provided financial support in order to keep the clubroom active. And any profit made from the railtour is donated to the Ffestiniog Railway for on-going projects.

If anyone from Nat-Pres that know friends, and friends of friends who are interested? Please pass on this information.

    Thanks
    Jeff

The motive power will be a Class 67, from DB Schenker. The TOC is Riviera Trains.

There are still plenty of seats available in First & Standard Class for this trip down to Kingswear via the Welsh Marches & the Beautiful Devon Coast.

If anyone from Nat-Pres is still interested on travelling, or have friends who fancy a day out down south, please spread the word about.

    Thanks
