DMU FINAL DRIVE DOG MANUFACTURE

    I would like to 'test the water' amongst DMU owners/groups with regard to getting
    a supply of brand new final drive dogs manufactured.

    New dog's are as rare as hens teeth. A consumable that
    you probably wont think about until you need to replace
    one and then you find out you cant get hold of one, so
    your power car is out of action!

    As Im sure you will appreciate there is a lot of
    engineering involved in making a dog, so initial price
    per dog is likley to be in the £375 - 400 region,
    although the price may well come down if there are plenty
    of groups who want a spare(s) in their stores!

    Could anyone who may be interested please let me know
    (WITH NO COMMITMENT TO BUY at this stage!), so I can get
    a price etc and look at taking their production to the
    next step. :)

    Kevin my i also suggest posting this up on Preserved Diesels forum? i know alot of the East Lancs/ Llangollen / MNR DMU groups post on there.
