Had an excellent day at Duxford on Sunday 20th, great weather and great display with the 17 Spitfire (well 15 plus 2 Seafires) flypast a particular highlight. What a sight and sound! Shame the Curtiss Hawk and the Yale didn't fly but there you go. Got a bit carried away with photos for my Dad who had to miss out through illness but for anyone who is interested: https://flic.kr/s/aHskhgTid5

Incidentally in speaking to one of the TFC chaps, it was good to hear they have sourced engines for the Beaufighter. Now that will be a sight!

Likewise some great shots there Paul. Looks like we had fairly similar vantage points - I was up on the bank by the Land Museum to give my lad the chance of a good view of take-off and landing. Can't beat a Duxford airshow :)
