East Coast Diverted freights! 01/05/10

    Here are some photos of the freight diversions caused by engineering work at South Kirkby Jnc and Hare Park Jn. The freights were diverted to run north on the ECML from Doncaster and then leave it at Hambleton Jnc they then took the line through Gascoigne Wood and the chord to Milford Jn from where they headed to Pontefract East Jn,Pontefract Monkhill,Pontefract Tanshelf,Featherstone,Streethouse,Crofton East Jn,Crofton West Jn (rejoin normal route) and then onwards to their destinations.
