Ecclesbourne Valley Railway 2019 Summer Diesel Gala 10th/11th August

    Our younger diesel minded volunteers (and others) have been working very hard to complete prpearations for the Summer Diesel Gala on 10th/11th August. This will feature two train working, with trains crossing at Shottle:
    Cl14 D9537
    CL31 31601 "Devon Diesel Society"
    Cl33 33102 "Sophie" guest locomotive from Churnet Valley Railway
    Cl33 33102 "Swordfish"
    Cl73 73210 "Selhirst"

    There will be 10 return workings on Saturday and 8 on Sunday

    In addition there will be a DMU on some of the incline workings.
    Adult tickets £17-50, £16-50 if booked in advance by internet. Full details at:
