ELR ECML Day 13 February

    As many people were unable to make the Theme Day on 9 January it has been agreed to run both Deltics again on 13 February. The day will also feature D1501 on a freight during the first part of the day before taking a passenger train later in the day. This will be D9016 last appearance before being stopped for restoration work.

    Friday 12 February will see D9016 working a Footplate Experience Day. Contact 07814 302813 for further details.

    As someone who had to work on 9th January this is great news and allows an opportunity to get my Napier fix.
