Embsay Diesel Weekend 24th & 25th July

    The Embsay & Bolton Abbey Steam Raiwlay will be holding its Diesel Weekend on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th July 2010. It will feature 37294, 31119, D.5600 and NCB 38 (Class 14):

    37 294 on a 5 coach set
    NCB No.38 on a 4 coach set
    D.5600 and 31 119 Top and Tailing a 4-coach set, one under power at any one time, effectively one 31 with 7 coaches!

    47 004 will not be in service as there has not been time to rectify some of the faults that were identified last time it ran. Work has centred on the Class 14 and the Class 37.

    All trains run full line, passing at Embsay and Stoneacre.

    Day Rover tickets: Adult £10, Child £5
    Weekend Rover tickets for both days will be available, saving you some money!

    An alteration to the prices - we'd forgotten what had been agreed previously!

    Children travel FREE for the event. Adult prices remain £10 day rover or £18 for the weeeknd rover.
