    "Empress", Bagnall 3061/1954, has returned to steam after a very long "rest", just in time to celebrate her 60th birthday. She will be in sole charge of services on Sunday and will be joined by "R. O. F. No. 8" (Barclay 2157/1943) on Bank Holiday Monday. Two steam locos working together at Mangapps- that is unusual!
