Does anyone have a good source for vintage or reproduction enamel adverts and railway signage? Have been asked about dressing a platform to make it look more heritage

There's a company on the IoW that will make you any enamel sign you like, but it will cost you.
I prefer not to exhibit enamel signs, due to the risk of theft.

Apart from the suggestions above, does anyone know of a supplier of repro outdoor signs for miniature railways (7.25" gauge). Doesn't necessarily need to be enamel, but does need to be weatherproof.
Any that I've come across are either very small or very expensive! TIA

Yes I have often thought that HR enamel signs are vulnerable. I did raise this with one well known HR but I was advised that as the signs have little value(?!) and as the risk was low they preferred to keep them on display.

I've just watched a YT video from the Beaulieu 'autojumble' and there were plenty of non-motor vehicle related signs there, but they weren't cheap.

I know of two railways that have had a station stripped.
The other issue is slow decay. They are collectibles after all, and are best displayed indoors. Good ones fetch top dollar!
