Yes I am an active volunteer
Spent Sunday at the EOR's tube event.

Visitor No. 1 was GWR Small Prairie No. 5521 which has of course been repainted into London Transport livery and numbered L.150 for the Anniversary, she stands at Ongar:

The second visitor was Metropolitan E Class No. 1, seen at North Weald with her rake of visiting rolling stock:

Operating the Coopersale runs was Class 25 No. D7523 with Ex Lymington Slammer No. 1498 (previously named 'Farringford')

Also visiting for the event was GNR N2 No. 1744 from the GCR, she rubs shoulders with the Class 25:

In steam but not running for the event was resident Hall No. 4953 'Pitchford Hall':

It's very common to see aircraft flying around North Weald with the near by airfield, one of them flying on the Sunday was this Spitfire:

For one run, Met No. 1 ran non stop through North Weald to Coopersale with 5521 at the rear:

Arriving back at North Weald, 5521 now in charge:

    5521 awaits departure:

The fourth locomotive in operation was resident GWR Large Prairie No. 4141 renumbered to 6141, she arrives at North Weald:

The plan was to get a few snaps away from the main stations however the next 3-4 departures were all wrong way facing! We did make a brief stop at the privately owned Blake Hall however to see Met No. 1 passing bunker first for Ongar:

    Cheers,
