Ffestiniog and Talyllyn Railways 150th Anniversary Galas, 2nd & 4th May 2015

    No I do not currently volunteer
    I spent around three hours at Porthmadoc on Saturday 2nd May during a stop-off while travelling one-way around Snowdonia by train and bus. The weather was awful unfortunately, but there was plenty of locomotive movements going on to compensate. Monday's weather was much better though and I spent a very pleasant hour or so at Minffordd before making a detour to the Talyllyn Railway on my way home.
