    Henry Howard is Chairman of the recently-formed Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway Trust (GWRL), creation of which he steered from Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway Limited (GWRL), the organisation that supports the railway through funding projects and, most importantly, providing members and volunteers.
