Foxfield Railway Photo Charter - ‘BAGNALL PRIDE’ - Saturday 20th October

    Saturday Only. ‘BAGNALL PRIDE’ The start of the gala weekend will feature ‘2842’, ‘Florence No.2’ and Diesel ‘Wolstanton’ departing from Caverswall Road station at around 6:15am ready to be in place at Foxfield Colliery for a morning photographer’s charter. The shoot will take place from 7:00am until 9:30am after which the main event will start. Places on the charter are limited and if people wish to take part then please email Richard on rbarnett@foxfieldrailway.co.uk who will be happy to book your place. The cost is £15 which also allows discounted rover tickets for the day. Anyone who has a charter ticket will receive £5 off a ticket. Details below...

    Format:

    Start: 7:00am
    Finish: 9:30am

    Locomotives: Florence No.2, 2842 and diesel Wolstanton


    Double departure in the pit with trains running side by side:
    Florence No.2, 6 hoppers + Van
    2842 with 6 minerals
    Top ‘N’ Tailed hoppers with Florence + 2842.
    Florence + Wolstanton double header – re-creating a locomotive failure with 6 minerals.
    2842 + Florence double header with 6 minerals.

    I've unfortunately had to "unbook", I've emailed Richard to take me off the list. An unforeseen last minute family commitment has scuppered our plans, we also intended to visit Crich.
