Join Freightmaster http://www.freightmaster.net or buy one of their printed national railfreight timetables http://www.freightmasterpublishing.co.uk/zen/ - they have a timetable for Sharnbrook that should cover most of what you need.

If these are a bit expensive, then I have heard that the chap who runs it will provide you with a timetable covering a small number of locations for a small fee. You could email him and ask. Otherwise, you could join some yahoo "gen" groups and keep an eye on what's running in your area. It's not as handy as a printed timetable, but you'll soon pick up on most of the regular workings.
