    Last year, the losses of the three state-owned railway companies, CFR Marf?, CFR C?l?tori and CFR SA, amounted to 1.21 million lei. In 2007, the national railway freight transport company has profit, while the other two companies recorded a total loss of 469.36 Million lei. Presently, CFR Marf? reports losses of 169.44 million lei, after a 4.73 million profit in 2007. The turnover dropped with 6.1% from 1.83 Billion lei to 1.72 Billion lei.
