A day spent at the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway photographing the two service trains, followed by a Martin Creese photo charter in the evening with 3850 on a goods rake. As a bonus, we also got to see newly restored 42xx 2-8-0T no. 4270 on its way to the paint shop at Winchcombe - hopefully the paint will be dry enough to allow this locomotive to make its scheduled service début in the Cotswold Festival of Steam next weekend!

Thanks to Martin for organising the charter and the brilliant weather!
    Cheers,
