    On the 45th!
    Reportedly GDSF in 2023 has been cancelled. Due to the severe unknowns next year, cost of living, Ukraine situation, Brexit etc. the organisers say that the risk to too high.
    Already similar thoughts are circulating in the miniature and model world.

    That article from the BBC shows an image of Charlie Daniels on one of his engines.
    Charlie, who was a great man of steam, both road and rail, passed away recently and was laid to rest last Friday.

    Sorry this is not related to this thread but Traction engine related.
    Leeds and District Traction engine club has been disbanded. Due to Covid the egm was postponed to earlier this year. The Majority voted to disband the club.
    They were responsible for the Rallies at Harewood House and Temple Newsam House.

    Sign of the times.
