GW Tank Loco Fund

    Yes I am an active volunteer
    According to The Barry List, 6th Edn, GWR 2-8-0T Loco 4253 was in 1981 reserved by the GW Tank Loco Fund. As the loco became the property of Mr Rippingale in 1987 and is now with the 4253 Loco Co. at the K&ESR, something did not go to plan. Can anyone tell me who the group is/was?
