Industrial in Garden next to ECML between Almouth & Berwick

Anyone know anything about this ?, had one of those "what the hell" moments on Thursday when heading over the crossing towards Lindisfarne and sighting it, looked like a Peckett in the brief glimpse I got.

 

I think this is the one.....

That looks like it, though I think it's aquired some "NER" or similar lettering now.

 

Peckett 1611 of 1923, on display in the former goods yard of Beal station. This was the Peckett that was sold on eBay some years ago now by the Swanage Railway.
