Yes I am an active volunteer
Miner was one of the locomotives of the 4ft Gauge Redruth and Chacewater Railway in Cornwall (It’s other two locos being Smelter and Spitfire, also Neilson Tanks)

The photo looks to be taken at Redruth.

I have added a new collection of photos of industrial locomotives

This collection features assorted locos and locations (2)

    Including this photo of

2 Lambton Tanks and one tender loco on the ex-LH&JC system No.42 (closest to the camera) built by Robert Stephenson and Hawthorns. Works No 3801 of 1920 The second loco I believe to be either No.29, 30 or 31 (all Kitson and Company of Leeds) - note different cab shape. No 29 built in 1904, works No.4263. No.30 and 31 built 1907 The tender loco may be No. 20 (Robert Stephenson 2260 of 1876)
