    Due to a forthcoming bus strike on Thursday, Friday and Saturday of this week, both the Isle of Man Steam Railway and the Manx Electric Railway are to operate later this week to replace the buses. A new (temporary) station has also been built at the Castletown by-pass to allow children to use the train to get to the nearby high school.
