    As per the above link, next year is the 120th anniversary of the opening of the iron ore line between Abisko and Riksgränsen. To celebrate it, and before the signalling system goes over to ERTMS in 2023, 0-10-0 R 976 and triple electric loco Dm3 1246-1247-1248 from Gävle with be on display from Thursday 30th June until Saturday 2nd July. There will also be steam shuttles, and electric loco Rc1 1007 will also be about, working dining trains.

    Very early morning on Sunday 3rd, the 0-10-0 will work a 1400 tonne iron ore train, followed later by the Dm3 between Kiruna and Vassijaure. Should be quite a sight!
