    Probably off to the chippy if it was Sunday, we packed in early as it was so cold both days. Will probably be chasing the WD, may not be wise to go south in these conditions. Nope, make that 80002, WD must have cold!

    Thank you, yourself likewise, hopefully it will be a tad wormer, snows nice but not so much when its this cold.

    I was told on Sunday the WD needs a boiler hydraulic test but they're not going to carry it out until it gets a little warmer hopefully in January, so i'm guessing 80002 will take all of next week's services.

    I know what you mean about the snow, was bitterly cold on Sunday... But it's worth it. Simon

    Must put the February steam gala on KWVR back on my calendar. A winter trip to the warmer climes of Portugal pushed KWVR winter steam gala to one side in 2010 for me, but you can't beat these old favourites 41241 and 80002, plus maybe a Black Five!

    Could be 41241's last year for a while as its ticket is running out either late 2011 or 2012.
