KWVR Spring Steam Gala Friday 21st March 2025

    The second day of the KWVR steam gala started with a few hiccups as 48305 was failed on Haworth shed, though fixed very quickly, but 45596 Bahamas had to do its first run of the day,
    then getting the goods train out of the station, along with the vintage shuttle service caused a few headaches as it took 30 minutes longer than booked before Dora eventually arrived with 2 brakevans!!
    I was on it and had an enjoyable run up to Ingrow where Ann was added, she was belching that many hot cinders into the brakevan i was on that the guard was swatting them off customers coats!!!

    Main afternoon double header was
    48305 & 45596 Bahamas storm out of Keighley station doubleheading a service to Oxenhope
