    Attempts to increase capacity on the Brighton Main Line just by using existing infrastructure and train routes have angered Eastbourne commuters who say they are being marginalized in favour of Brighton. This comes as a direct result of the Department for Transport’s remodelling of the timetable as part of the Brighton Main Line Route Utilisation Strategy.
